i) register, using the online form and submit your abstract if you are planning to present your work - please download and fill in the templates provided below, and submit the abstract file (in word format) through the registration form;

ii) pay the registration fee, by bank transfer (details below) or using paypal (in this case please contact the Secretariat for instructions - it´s a very simple procedure);

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the symposium secretariat according to the deadlines indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.


REGISTRATION FEES
Participants are advised to register in advance to receive an early-bird discount. On-site registration will not be possible during the Symposium days.
Each paper must be covered by at least one (1) registration.
All congress registration fees are in euros (€). Please note that all charges related to money transferring must be paid by the registrants and should be paid at source, in addition to the registration fees.
Along with the Registration Form, please send a copy of your proof of payment to the symposium secretariat.
Please ensure that the name of the congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELATION OF PAYMENT & REIMBURSEMENT
All cancelations must be reported by email to the symposium secretariat.

INSURANCE/RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that the organizers can not accept any liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.
Participant are responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are thus requested to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.
The event organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to the participants, at the venue.
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
All abstract must be written in English. Prospective authors are invited to submit their abstract as a 1 page word document in MS Word format. The document should include: (1) Title of the presentation/work; (2) Name (Last name, First name initials), affiliation and e-mail address for the corresponding author, with the name of the person presenting underlined and an asterisk (*) for corresponding author; (3) References (if any).
It is our target that the reviewing process for each submitted manuscript can be completed within four weeks from its submission. An acknowledgement email for the receipt & review of the submitted abstracts will be sent within three working days and four weeks, respectively. If the authors have not received the acknowledgement emails or the result notification emails within the above specific periods, they should contact the symposium secretariat.

The poster should include title, author's name and affiliation, abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion and literature cited.
